If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use ShreeMart.com. We reserve all rights to update, edit and modify these terms without the need for prior notice. Please check these terms periodically for changes.

1.1. By accessing and using the website of ShreeMart, you, the user, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that are mentioned in this notice. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, then you may not access, display, use, download and/or otherwise copy or distribute any of the content of this website.

2. You acknowledge and agree that your use of this website is for lawful purposes only. You agree that ShreeMart may terminate your access to the ShreeMart directory or to any of the Services should you fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions or any other guidelines and rules published by ShreeMart. You also agree that you will never use this website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: the commission of a criminal offence; to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems; or for the transmission of unlawful material.

Description of services

3.1 ShreeMart is an online business web directory which provide the services of e-business including link building. The purpose of the website is to provide complete solution of e -business.  

3.2. Listings in the Web Directory of ShreeMart are free service provided by ShreeMart to serve the needs of local, national and international businesses. Advertisement is one of the services we provide, is paid service. ShreeMart reserves the right to decide whether, where, and how a listing or other advertising product appears in the Web Directory.

3.3 ShreeMart does not accept listings and websites containing matters only for adult.

3.4. Your websites can be listed under unlimited number of categories. You can select any existing category and submit your same site in different category more than once. 

3.5. Your listing or request for any other advertising product will be considered only when your payment for the listing and/or other product has been received. All payments must be made in Indian Currency Rupees and payable through National Banks. You can pay by Cheque, DD or by money order to our bank account.

3.6. If you are paying by credit card, you must submit a valid credit card number as part of the service order form. You agree that your credit card will be charged the annual fee for the service(s) ordered on the date that you submit your listing. All fees are non-refundable and non-creditable. Any further Changes in advertisement fee structure will be posted at ShreeMart.

Modifications to service  

4. ShreeMart reserves all the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that ShreeMart shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, termination, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

5. We respect and committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors to this site. You are free to use this site without providing any personal information.  Like other Web directory service providers, we collect information to enhance your visit and deliver more individualized content and advertising
